They do not solve the problem quickly and many of their team members are not technically sound which I have experienced when I wanted to transfer one of my expired domain from their hosting account to different hosting account company. Plus they do not provide support in the night which is like their service starts from 10 am - 6 pm...after that you can not find them...if you call them, they won't receive the call which is quite frustrating.
