in Computer tips and tricks

Its really frustrating going to my web hosting to access my cpanel? There is solution I tried earlier like make a shortcut button of my cpanel on the desktop but it will be in my computer, what if I am doing work on other computer then this methods will not work.

So After researching a lot, I got a helpful tricks through which we can access cpanel easily and very fast without any effort. So what is this tricks? Well the trick is very simple. Just read the instruction carefully.

Write your domain name into the URL box of your internet browser and add the port number “:2082″ (without quote) after the letter “.com”

2082 is the inbound tcp port for control panel to your website.

For example “www.yourdomain.com:2082“. Lets see how it looks

In Mozilla Firefox

open cpanel in mozilla

In Internet Explorer

open cpanel in Internet Explorer

Or sometimes

open cpanel in browser

The screens similar to above will appear right away after that asking for username and password. Enter the details required and login. Congrats! You are in.

Note:- In order to access cPanel, you must have access to port 2082. If you are using a computer at your company site or behind a firewall, check with your network administrater to see if port 2082 is being blocked.

So friends, how do you access your cpanel?

Hi computerzworld, you will find your username and password from your webhosting.
you might be hosting your domain name in some web hosting company, didn’t they provide you username and password, check your web hosting account properly, you’ll get there.

I wish there were a software like WSFTP which allows us to directly access cpanel without open our web browser.
