Hi friends, it’s been long time this blog is not updated. Today I will discussed about website flipping i.e., selling website or blog for profit. For your information, website flipping is a business of selling website for profit. This website can be created from scratch or bought from other and sell them for profit. Implementing website flipping method, I managed to sell one of my blog at $100. I bought this blog from DP forum at $20. The blog was 10 months old and about traffic niche plus it has a page rank 1. I first thought to manage the blog like add some quality content and promote it because the domain name was too good, the blog was matured with some good content but later I thought why not try to sell it out for profit.

DP forum has been famous because of the cheap deals that go around. If I tried to sell there it might be hard for me to sell at good price plus I bought the blog from DP forum itself. This way buyer won’t know at what price the seller bought the blog or website. The same thing I did. I bought the blog from DP forum and sold it in the flippa.com. This is the market place where people are willing to pay a lot of money. So you can profit a lot if you play smartly.

Selling blog in flippa.com is not free. There are many fees for almost all the features. For listing of blog for sale, they charge $19. So I spent $19 for listing my blog for sale. You can list the blog for 30 days duration. After listing, I started tracking if there was any bid but I didn’t have any at first. So how I made money through this website flipping? Well, I bought the website at $20 and spent $19 for listing in flippa.com; I also paid flippa.com another $2 for successful auction. So I spent total $41 and sold the blog for $100 i.e., I made $59 profit but wait there was a deduction of $4.20 as PayPal fees transaction. So I can say that the net profit I made was $54.80, not bad huh…considering I didn’t put much work in this. I just bought the blog, changed the name server of domain pointing to my web hosting, and installed new wordpress and imported the content. Later I listed the blog as an auction in flippa.com. That’s it.

Where am I lost???…you guys and gals might be thinking that I have completely ignored this blog. I published very few articles this month. I am actually busy with undergoing project so I just thought to update this blog with some of the earnings I did in this month.

Most of the earning you are seeing here are through selling articles and links in my other blogs(PR 1, PR 2 & PR 3). You can sell articles and links through the marketplace of DP forum. They have a very good interface. Just don’t try to play against their system otherwise you will be kicked out.  This blog computer tips and tricks was also earning a decent money earlier but now it’s hard to earn through selling articles and links in this blog because I lost my PR 3 in the August PR update. Although it is  earning good amount of money through AdSense.

I am also earning constantly from TLA i.e, Text Link Ads. It’s also a kind of link selling. I have sold around 10 links in my inner blog post in this blog which makes me around $36 per month. PR of the blog post doesn’t matter in TLA.

I also wrote 4-5 articles and sold them to my clients. If you are good in some field and can write about them then you can outsource yourself by writing article and selling them for dollars.

I am also making money through reviewme, buyblogsreview and blogsvertise. I get money from this company constantly month after month.

Apart from this I started the website flipping business. I put one blog at auction in flippa.com, lets see what will happen.

You must be aware that you can’t just keep all the payment received. You sometimes need to spend money to promote blogs, speed up the work etc. Just try to spend 25% of the earning. Rest keep as a profit. It’s because sometimes I don’t like working then I outsource the work. He is at 6th no. position for keyword phrase make money blog in Google search engine date 7/06/2009 among 192,000,000 competitors. Now it proofs very well that this guy really knows what he is doing. His SEO part is very good. His blog also got page rank 2. Anyway I want to share his journey of earning money online through his make money blog and other blogs he have.

You can practically implement all these money making methods if you have a body where many people are working under you. If you a single person then you should stick to only few methods say 3-5. First know the method, learn them how it works, analyze how and when it works best. Choose the best ones, which are most comfortable with you and have chance of making some decent money. I have following around 6-8 methods of earning money either offline or online making me around $300 – $400 per month.  The highest earning I get is from selling blog post and selling links in the DP forum averaging $150 – $250 per month. If I increase my blog network. It will increase more. If I try to explain how I am making such money through DP forum then this post will be so long which will bore many people so I though I will write another post within a week about it. So this time I will just refer you to another way, I am making money.

OK here are some other methods through which I am making money online.

You will need a blog or website for this and some decent traffic like 100 unique visitors per day will work. More is always better. This blog is getting 100+ UV per day. I have submitted this blog like 6 months earlier to TLA – text-link -ads[dot]com. When you submit your blog to them, they will buy some text link from your blog post. Now I am making around $18 every month from TLA by just selling them 5 text links. I don’t have to do anything. I get payment monthly. Now I say this is a smart earning, getting paid every month without doing anything. Isn’t it?

Method 2: -

This one is really different. This is a method where we can earn money through mobile phone. This method is only for Indians. Here you will need mobile phone. When you joined the company you will need to send them just 1 message to confirm that you are the owner of the mobile phone. The earning here lies in number of referrals. If you have around 50 -100 active referrals then you will surely make some decent money every month. After getting this referral number you don’t have to do anything. Just sit back and see the earning rolling in your account. Now I say this is also another way of smart way to make money in offline. You first work hard later you just relax and see earning. Method 3: -

You will need blog or website here and a decent traffic. The more targeted traffic, the better the earning will be. I am talking about Adsense here. You can see adsense ads in my blog. I am getting around 3-5 clicks every day from this blog making around $1-$2 per day. Other blog’s  earning are not included here. Here also, you just need to drive traffic, earning will happen in its own.

Method 4: -

Forum posting is a very good option to make money online. I used to be very active earlier. I usually use make $50 – $100 earlier but I don’t participate much as I am busy with other project. But if you are interested then just go to DP forum and check out there are many people who wanted members to make post in their forums. They generally pay $.05 – $1 per post. Post need to be of 20 – 30 words. If you participate only 1 – 2 hours daily. You will make decent money per month.
Method 5: -

Selling blog post and selling links in the high page rank blog is another best way to make money online. Obviously you will need blog or website with some page rank. I have around 5 blogs which have page rank. Two pr – 3 blogs, one pr – 2 blog and two pr – 1. You see sometimes that I used to write review post here. I get paid for the review post. I generally charge $10-$15 for writing review in this blog. And I get around 10 clients easily every month. 95% of the content in this blog is written by me. I will discuss these in details in later post.

Note: - I have few more from where I earn money online but the earning is not constant like I get paid in some months and in other month, I won’t get paid. So I am not listing those methods right now.
