Few days back, I have published an article about the PayPal reversal problem in India. The main problem was with the halt on personal transaction to and from India. PayPal says that it will at least take “few months” to solve the personal transaction problem with the Indian regulator.

Although the main problem was with the Personal transaction but every kind of transaction that occurred with Indian were reversed earlier which caught the Indians into great worry and dilemma. Due to payment reversal, thousands of Indian online business doers were experiencing negative balance in their PayPal account including me. Lots of people were losing their mind as many of them are full time online business marketer. They solely depend on their online income and hence many of them are still experiencing sleepless nights.  With the sudden reversal on the Payment by PayPal, there was huge discussion everywhere regarding the issue. Although, the PayPal reversal problem in India is nearly solved as there is no more payment reversal from last 2 days but the current payment withdrawal from PayPal to Indian local bank is still in halt for few more days. I too didn’t experience any reversal from last few days. All my clients have resent the reverted money to me again and there was no more payment reversal. Even the Company reviewme.com and TLA have repaid me and all other people. Here’s the Update from the PayPal official of the current Update on the PayPal reversal problem in India:-

1. Why did you suspend local bank transfers and personal payments to and from India?

We temporarily suspended these services to respond to enquiries from the Indian regulators, specifically questions on whether personal payments constitute remittances into India.

We’re working with the regulators and our bank processing partners in India to get this resolved as quickly as we can. We realize that this is causing considerable inconvenience to our customers and I want to reassure you that this is a top priority for the leadership at PayPal

2. When will personal payments be turned back on?

The regulators recently let PayPal know about revised licensing rules that we are now actively engaged in securing. Personal payments to and from India will be suspended for at least a few months until we fully resolve the questions from the Indian regulators.

3. When will local bank withdrawals be available?

Customers should be able to withdraw their funds to a local bank within the next few days. In the meantime, we’re going to restore the money into the PayPal accounts of any customers in India who have initiated a recent withdrawal, so they know that the money is safe in their accounts. Customers will also be reimbursed for any withdrawal fee charges.

4.The PayPal reversal has left me with a negative balance. What shall I do?

If you bought something or transferred money out of your PayPal account to your bank account before we reversed the payment then you may be left with a negative balance.

If this was a payment for a purchase of goods or services, you should contact the sender and have him or her resend the payment as follows:

(a) click the Send Money tab, and

(b) select “purchase.”

If this was a personal payment, then the sender will need to find another payment method until we restore the service.  We’re sorry about this.

If you can’t recover the funds from the sender, you can bring your PayPal balance current by logging in to the PayPal account and clicking the “Resolve Negative Balance” link on the Account Overview page.

5. My payment was reversed but it was not a personal payment. What happened?

Only personal payments should have been reversed. Customers who believe that their payments were reversed in error should request that the payment be sent again by following the steps above (click the Send Money tab and select “purchase.”)

Update: - Just last hour, PayPal have paid me the money which I lost due to currency conversion while withdrawing the money to the local bank. PayPal paid the money back because the money didn’t reach our bank and was credited back to the PP account. There is a crazy things happening with the clients of the PayPal. There is a lots of reversal payment going on. So I created this topic PayPal funds reversal. Here’s the reason PayPal have given for the funds reversal.

The only reason we came to know through this message is that PayPal have made changes to stop payments to Indian account holders as Gift/Personal Option. Now PayPal have removed the Personal tab from the send money option altogether. Just check out the below screen shot.

So from now onwards, any Indian people will not be able to use the Personal tab. People from other countries can use but they will not see the India in the country list. About other countries whether they have the personal tab or not. Not sure will update you soon.

So Google use to update page rank 4 times in a year. Last time was in december2008 – january 2009 and now in April of 2009.

This time the Google Page Rank didn’t surprised me much. I didn’t lose any page rank or gain any page rank. It was stable for this “computer tips and tricks” blog . I also didn’t got felt any sad about not getting higher page rank because I build very less quality links in these updation period. I only got around 20-30 quality links which is very hard to increase the page rank. I actually sold many links in last 1 month so that might be the reason I didn’t gain any high page rank. So I will need to get more back links.  So I will try to gain atleast page rank 4 in the next update. The next Google page rank updation will most probably in the month of August 2009. I have got plenty of time to build quality links.

By the way, when I checked the status of my other blogs I saw some 2 months old pr 0 blog got pr 1 in this google page rank updation. I was happy to see these updations. I have just learned yesterday how to resize the Image or Picture Freely by using a simple free windows XP tool. This windows XP tool is not on the default installation. So you will have to install by yourself. You can download the tool freely from the link image resizer.

Download and save it in your Hard Disk and double click it and installed it.

Remember: – This is not a program that you’ll be able to find in Start/All Programs but it’s actually a function that allows you to resize any sort of picture quick and easy.

You can also use the Image Resizer to resize any photos so they’ll fit on a compatible cell phone, personal digital assistant (PDA), or Portable Media Center so you can enjoy your photos while on the go. Using the Image Resizer is easy, and it will preserve your original photos for other uses you may have in the future

1. Open the folder where you have the picture to resize, select it and right click it.

2. As you can see there is a new option on the menu, Resize Picture, click on it.

3. Here you can select the size you want. If you want you can click on the advanced section.

4. On the advanced menu select the new size and you also have the option to resize the original or create copies.

5. Click OK and you have done it. Easy as that

Orbit Downloader can download youTube video very easily in a great speed in flv format. For this you will need to install orbit downloader in your system. If you don’t have one. Download a free Orbit Downloader and install it.

1. Now Open the Orbit downloader. Run the ‘Grap video’ item from the ‘Tools’ menus.
2. Copy your video url and paste it on the ‘Grab video’ and then press Enter.
3. Click download, the video will be downloaded.

For Firefox Users – Download and Install the Video Downloader Extensions from Mozilla Addons Website- it downloads all the embedded objects on a webpage including the video clips.
