@survarna, yeah word of mouth is also a good one but upto how much, still search engines is the best because you get the visitors with whom you never met.

Thank you. That was informative.
I would also like to add that a great way of bringing natural traffic is by ‘word of mouth’ resulting from quality of the content.
There are a few favourite blogs that I follow. Not deliberately but out of fascination, I somehow end up passing the link of those blogs to people at least once a day.
Of course, not all people can write well, but out of practice we can gradually improve and get the word going
